Janet is an accomplished manager and leads quality assurance, office management and operations across our services with a strong foundation in Business Management, showcasing her exceptional organisational aptitude and natural leadership talents. She oversees our audit and governance systems spanning care planning, medication, safeguarding and incident review turning what we learn into measurable improvement, while supporting our frontline teams to deliver care that is safe, effective and genuinely person-centred.

Janet has become a respected figure among colleagues for her dedication and professionalism. Her career has been shaped by a genuine commitment to improving the lives of the people we support. Over more than six years in the sector, she has worked across frontline and management roles, gaining a deep, first-hand understanding of what good care really looks like and what it takes to deliver it consistently. Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, and a Business degree, allows Janet to bring both professional expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to quality and operations.
